Summary
I am a web developer based in Düsseldorf, Germany, with over 15 years of implementation experience creating mainly front-end, but also back-end solutions and various things in between.I'm passionate about web technology trends and have gained a reputation for turning even sophisticated requirements into elegant websites and easy-to-use applications.
I like R&D, especially around social/semantic/data web technologies, as long as the "D" prevails. I have designed and built data processors, developer toolkits and web application frameworks which are used by numerous organisations and projects. My work won three 1st prizes at international web research conferences, and I received an Invited Expert role at the World Wide Web Consortium to help with their Semantic Web initiative.
